PromptLanding is an AI-powered landing page generator. You describe your website in natural language, and our AI creates ready-to-use landing pages for you.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription, processed through Lemon Squeezy.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled according to Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of the content you create using the Service, including generated landing pages, text, and assets. You may use them for any lawful purpose.

Our service: PromptLanding's codebase, branding, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringes on others' rights.
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing or distributing it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
